Who We Are
Everything began back in 2018 when Julian knew he wanted to live life on his own terms. After a brief 4 year stint in Corporate America, he knew that was not the path for him. He searched for something more fulfilling until Real Estate was found. After a few real estate bootcamps, he poured himself right into the industry and never looked back since. This industry gave him the outlet he needed to connect with people, pursue his passion relentlessly, and by faith was able to provide for his wife and kids.
For Josh it started when he purchased his first home in Central FL. After realizing how rapidly the property was appreciating, this set him down the path of becoming a serial buy & hold investor. Over the next few years, Josh assimilated a small portfolio of single family homes, condos & townhomes primarily in the central FL area. What was first meant to be a side hustle to provide residual passive income for his family, quickly became a passion. Recently, Josh left the corporate life where he spent the last 7+ years in both the clinical & business sides of Radiation Oncology to partner with Julian and pursue real estate entrepreneurship full time.
With their combined passion for entrepreneurship and the experience each of them brought to the table, Julian & Josh knew they could build something special. So, that’s what happened.
